Dr. Jennie S Hwang is a recognised leader in the field of electronic packaging & interconnection. She is popular lecturer / speaker worldwide & an advisor to the industry and government.

Hwang received her Ph.D in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, two M.S degrees in Liquid Crystals and Chemistry from Kent State University & Columbia University, respectively, & a B.S. in Chemistry.

Hwang holds several patents & has authored over 180 publications, including the sole author of four textbooks & co-author of several books in leading technologies. She also writes a monthly column for SMT Magazine, addressing critical industry issues.
